5min to be attended. 5mins to get drinks. 25min to get complimentary chips and salsa. 25min to get food.Out waiter, Gustavo, didn't give such great service. Didn't greet us when we sat down. Never acknowledged us. When we were eating, never offered any refills.Although the food was great and plentiful, service severely lacked. This happens EVERYTIME we come here. Hope managment can make an effort to address that.

Worst place ever! My husband and I were there for a whole hour before we decided to get up and leave because our food never came out. All we ordered was panchos and a quesadilla. People that had gotten there after us were getting their food. Would not recommend. Horrible service.

Absolute Delightful Experience. The menu allows for beautiful dishes to be enjoyed by the taste buds & the walls feature vibrant, colorful murals. Normal Mexican plates are served as well as seafood & some surprises-goat! Mmmm mmm Homemade Tortillas! The plates were generous & did not disappoint being very flavorful! The wait staff was very presentable in look & manners. Our waiter Xavier was very polite & attentive during our visit. Even though I cleaned my plate, I did not leave feeling over stuffed just satisfied. 😊

Food is great, prices are very good. Only place in town that has delicious Baby Goat on the menu!!

Always a great eatery, good food great menu. Since I've gotten older I'm noticing how noisy it can be at peak meal times. I now carry ear plugs as the band is much to loud, but good at a lower volume. We keep going back.

Ate my favorite cabrito, but the serving was disappointing.

Went there for breakfast and ALL the food was cold. The waitress mentioned how the plate was hot and yes plate was hot but NOT the food. Bad service...

My family and I eat at Los Nortenos quite often! I am a picky guy and I am very observant of those that handle my food and the food of my kids. Sandy Bell is an outstanding person, we have grown to look for her and we try to sit in her sections. Customer service is bars above your expectations! She greats you like your family and she takes care of you has your family. She always has a smile on her face and colorful bows in her hair. If i owned a restaurant I would love to clone her 10 times. Truly a blessing for Los Nortenos ownership. Food at Los Nortenos has never been a let down. Portion are generous. This review is strictly my opinion I encourage you to try this place for yourself.

Service was slow but the food was ok. They didn't put much seasoning in the meat for the tacos and chalupa. The table salsa was just tomatoes but when I asked for something hotter she brought 2 salsas that were good.

They didn't have the special plate, I like but ordered different breakfast plate.Still a wonderful place to eat 😋

I had 2 eggs over easy, with bacon, beans and potatoes on my plate and 2 slices of bread. The only thing good on the plate was the hot eggs. The toast was hard and cold, the beens were luke warm to cold, the bacon was deep fried partly hard and rubbery and greasy. However, the place was clean, the service was adequate except for confusion over whi oedered what. And very slow to bring check and coffee.

Great breakfast menu with low prices.

This was my first time back since they reopened. The atmosphere was light and airy The staff was helpful and attentive to our requests.We ordered three different meals and a few sides , they were all spot on.Competitively priced. Good portions.

A wonderful place to have a great meal. Very attractive decorations, well lighted and clean. Service is fantastic, food is well presented and tasty. Menu offer a great deal of options. Ask for Ms. Alondra, she is great.

I really like the food here. I don't know what goes on with their hours of operation though. It seems like they close sometimes when it should be open. I've never seen a sign with hours posted though so can't really be sure. Oh well.

Not too authentic. Food lacks that Mexican flavor it’s known for. Service is slow. Waiter/server was not knowledgeable about their menu items.

Breakfast is excellent. We have never eaten here for anything else.

Love the music and customer services was good for us but not for another family. They were never severed so they walked out. NOT GOOD. Next time it will be closed for another reason.

Food was very good! There was a bit of a wait but nothing outrageous. Well worth the drive and the wait. Our waitress was new but did a good overall job. The restrooms are very clean which is awesome for the amount of people at the restaurant.

Started with bad service. Took about 12- 15 minutes before a waitress came to the table. That is after going 3 times to let them know we were waiting. Food was cold whw we finally received it. Bean & cheese taco, cheese was cold. Cold! How can that be? No sense of urgency, nobody wanted to take responsibility for the issues. No manager to explain.

Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill for me, from the food to the service. I used to like it before it closed down the first time but when it reopened, I feel that everything is not as good anymore.

My last dining experience here was outstanding, perfection. I wish I remembered my servers name because he delivered exquisite customer service. The food, as always, was delicious- excellent. My one regret, is that I waited so long to write this review.

Fast friendly service. The food is great and reasonably priced. My preference though is the enchiladas suizas.

We waited too long for our food, then it was warm not hot! I ordered chicharon (crispy) and it was already soggy in spots, so you know it sat there awhile! The waitress only came at the end of our meal to bring the ticket! Sad experience!

Super service loved the food and prices very reasonable. We had a family reunion and it was spectacular.

The food was simple and delicious. The order was exactly what we expected and wanted. Lovely interior. A very Mexican vibe. Great murals. Friendly service. Lots of parking. Decent prices. Both the flour and corn tortillas are fresh, prepared in the restaurant.

Food is terrible. If I could give it a negative star, I would. They served me cold oatmeal. They messed up on my husband's order. We got up to just pay for the coffee that wasn't even that good. And they wanted us to pay for everything. Manager was very rude. We will never go there again. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
